RV Park Rules

 1. North Bay V.F.W. Post 6731 will be referred as “The Post”.

2. All persons staying in the R.V. Park will be referred as ”Tenants”.

3. The Post has the right to place or remove items on the lots as deemed necessary.

4. Loud, Obnoxious or Threatening behavior will not be tolerated.

5. Please take your pets to the Eastern part of the R.V. Park to be walked. Any messes left in the inhabited part of the R.V. Park will be cleaned up by the pet owner.

6. The Post will not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items.

7. Tenants will be held responsible for their guests.

8. Tenants will please refrain from making loud noises after 9:00pm.

9. There will be no erecting, digging or planting on the lots without permission.

10. There will be no appliances allowed outside the units.

11. There is a five (5) mile per hour speed limit throughout the R.V. Park.

12. Tenants will please drive only on the roadway and do not R.V. Park in a manner to block thoroughfare. Additional parking for guest will be in The Post’s parking lot.

13. Tenants are expected to keep their lots clear of all trash. The Post is responsible for mowing.

14. There will be a two (2) car limit per lot. All vehicles must be in operable condition.

15. No generators will be operated in or near the R.V. Park.

16. Failure to abide by these rules will draw a warning from R.V. Park management. Persistent violators will be expelled from the park with no refund.
